NATIONAL DELIVERY (LONDON)

PAINTINGS

Deliveries within a 20-mile radius of London are able to be hand-delivered or collected from Emily. Paintings shipped by courier may take up to 5 days to deliver depending on how far the location is from London (where all paintings are shipped from). When shipped by courier, paintings will be insured at an extra cost. Insurance price will depend on the size of the painting and weight. You are able to request not to have the painting insured, however when doing so EPStudio declines all responsibility for loss or damage.

PRINTS

All prints are shipped out the same day of ordering, Delivery time is between 3-5 days depending on requested next day delivery or standard delivery. All prints are insured from loss or damage.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries may take up to 20 days for paintings and 10 days for prints depending on the size of the print. When shipped by courier, paintings will be insured at an extra cost. Insurance price will depend on the size of the painting and weight. You are able to request not to have the painting insured, however when doing so EPStudio declines all responsibility for loss or damage.

I do not accept refunds on any custom Paintings as these are created specifically for you. Deposits and full payments are non refundable once the painting has been started or completed.

Disclaimer: the production timeline for paintings may occasionally exceed the initially estimated duration. While I make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond my control, such as unavoidable delays in the artistic process, may affect the completion timeframe.

I understand and respect your privacy. I will not supply third parties with information regarding you unless it is necessary during shipping your goods. I will not sell information regarding your person, credit card, address, and email.
